Movement

Movement seeks to explore the ways static media can evoke feelings of movement and connection to elements. Inspired by recent explorations of the Salmon Falls River as well as my work as an educator reflecting on stewardship and conservation, Movement seeks to connect to the natural world through materials that are products of our own manufacturing, asking the viewer to reflect not only on the visual itself but the construction of the piece and the relationship of the natural to the material.
